What does VC Concierge cost?
Everyone starts with The Triage: $500 for 90 minutes. VC Private Line, our signature, starts at $5,000 per person for a three-month founding season. The Life Line, Private Residencies and the integrative suites are by invitation; once you've applied and completed The Triage, you receive the full menu with every price.
Why isn't every price listed?
Because the right engagement depends on what The Triage finds. Applications are read personally, and the full menu goes to people who are ready, so nobody pays for something they don't need.
When can I start?
New clients are admitted once a quarter, by invitation, in a small cohort. Apply any time and your application is read before the next portal opens. Between portals, the line stays open for active VC Concierge members, from $220 a month, who never re-apply or pay a new setup fee.
What does the founding season include?
Three months of hands-on work, not a down payment: a full intake, triage of what's breaking, a written plan, your specialists aligned, and implementation through the transition. It's where the most time and money is saved, because the root causes get fixed once instead of patched for years. After that, a monthly VC Private Line keeps it running.
What's the difference between The Life Line and VC Private Line?
VC Private Line is the eagle-eye view: your whole life, held long term, with an outside care network built around you. The Life Line is the short burst: about 30 days, high priority and locked in on one time-sensitive matter, like a health crisis, a child's transition or a private emergency. Both are offered after The Triage.
Can my family join?
Yes, once you're a VC Private Line client. Each family member has their own founding season. When something urgent hits the household, a family member can start with The Life Line instead, as long as the clinical risk can be safely managed in an advisory setting.
Who is VC Concierge for?
Founders, high-achieving leaders, performers and the families they do it for — people carrying real responsibility who have a doctor, an attorney and a CPA, but nobody holding the whole picture.
Do you only work in Idaho?
No. VC Concierge is based in Boise and Sun Valley, Idaho, and works with clients across the United States and internationally, in person and remotely.
How do I start?
Apply. It begins with a confidential 15-minute call. You'll know if it's the fit — or we'll tell you it isn't, and who is. Most clients then book The Triage.
How private is it?
Held in confidence under a written agreement that says who may be contacted and what may be shared. Nothing goes to another professional, family member or institution without your direction and consent. No client details are ever published.
Who is the client — me or my family?
One principal client: you. When it's appropriate, the work extends to the people affecting your life. Family involvement is decided case by case on consent and professional boundaries.
Can you make another adult accept treatment?
No one can. What we can do is lay out the real options, build the right support, prepare for what's coming and decide what responsible care looks like — without you surrendering your own life to it.
Is this therapy?
No. VC Concierge is advisory and navigation with clinical rigor — the space between your professionals. Licensed psychotherapy lives in VC Confidential and is available to Idaho residents only.
