VC Confidential · Private Care

When life becomes
too complicated for one professional.

Your health, relationships, work, family, environment and capacity don't exist separately. Neither should the strategy for improving them. Private, high-touch Quality-of-Life advisory for people carrying complex lives.

The Condition · 01

You may be highly capable in nearly every other part of your life.

You run the company. Manage the money. Make difficult decisions. Take care of people. Solve problems.

And then something happens that doesn't respond to competence alone.

  • A spouse's addiction.
  • An adult child in treatment.
  • A complicated divorce.
  • A family member in crisis.
  • A disability or major health transition.
  • A parent who needs care.
  • A behavioral-health system no one seems able to navigate.
  • Sometimes several at once.
The Premise · 02

You don't necessarily need another weekly appointment.
You need someone who can see the whole system.

That's VC Concierge.

You're not looking for another weekly session or surface-level support. You're at the point where something structural has to change. We look at the whole system — then we run it.

Serving the few who shape the many.
Who It's For · 03

High-capacity people whose lives outgrew fragmented support.

Not "high-net-worth." High-responsibility. The person everyone else leans on — who has no one holding the whole picture.

  • 01

Founders and owner-operators running a company while the home front comes apart.

  • 02

Physicians, attorneys and executives who cannot afford to look like they're struggling.

  • 03

Mothers carrying the family's medical, financial and emotional load alone.

  • 04

Anyone mid-transition — divorce, sale, relocation, diagnosis, treatment — who still has to perform.

Divorce is one use case. Growth is another. Family disruption, relocation, burnout, caregiving, a child's needs — sometimes several at once. Different stories, identical problem: the life no longer functions as an integrated system.

A Case in Brief · 04

A wealth advisor. Twenty-plus years married. Three adult children — one blind, one six years in and out of treatment. A wife whose drinking is invisible to every ER that sends her home, and who will not call it what it is. He wants out. He won't leave, because he believes leaving kills her.

He doesn't need therapy. He needs to know that every person he's responsible for will be handled — with or without his marriage.

That is the work. Composite illustration; details changed. No client information is ever published.

We Help Determine · 05

The questions no one else is asking.

01

What is actually happening?

02

What requires immediate attention?

03

What belongs to you — and what doesn't?

04

Who needs professional care?

05

What resources already exist?

06

Where are the gaps?

07

Which professionals need to communicate?

08

What happens if someone refuses help?

09

What contingencies need to be established?

And how do you move forward without becoming the permanent infrastructure holding everyone else together?

The Method · 06

Every engagement opens with a Quality-of-Life Intelligence Assessment.

We don't start with "what service do you want." We start with what's actually loaded. Twelve domains, scored honestly:

Body / nervous systemCognitive loadRelationshipsFamilyEnvironmentWork / businessMoneyTimeSupportMeaning / pleasureTechnologyImmediate risks
01

Assess

Twelve domains. One picture. No guessing.

02

Detect

Name the real constraint, not the loudest symptom.

03

Prioritize

What gets handled this week. What waits.

04

Design

A written action map you could hand to anyone.

05

Connect

The right attorney, CPA, physician, clinician, operator.

06

Implement

Someone drives it. Usually not you.

07

Measure

Reassess against the same domains. Prove the delta.

VC Concierge is the strategy and navigation layer — not a replacement for your attorney, CPA, physician or clinician. We bring them in, align them, and make sure the plan survives contact with real life.

Structure · 07

One principal client.
The relevant system comes with them.

VC Concierge begins with you. When appropriate, your engagement may extend to the people and systems affecting your Quality of Life.

Family involvement is determined individually based on appropriateness, consent, professional boundaries and the needs of the situation.

The goal isn't to turn your entire family into clients.

The goal is to understand enough of the system to help create a responsible path forward.

The Gaps · 08

Sometimes the problem isn't that nobody cares.

01

The ER isn't addiction treatment.

02

The therapist isn't a case manager.

03

The attorney isn't a behavioral-health specialist.

04

The treatment center can't manage the entire family.

05

The physician may only see one part of the picture.

Everyone may be doing their job — and you can still be left holding everything between them. VC Concierge was built for that space.

We identify the gaps, organize the moving pieces, bring the appropriate professionals into the conversation when necessary, and help establish what happens next.

Four Ways In · 09

Four engagements. No memberships.

Pricing is stated because vagueness costs you time. Founding-client rates; adjusted by scope and complexity at consultation.

The Triage and The Bridge exist so you can experience the thinking before you commit to it. The Private-line is for ongoing support; Family Integration is for the people and systems you are responsible for.

Plainly Stated · 10

This is not about controlling another adult.

No professional can guarantee that another person will accept treatment, stop drinking, remain sober, repair a relationship or make a particular decision.

What we can do is help you understand the available options, build appropriate support around the situation, prepare for foreseeable outcomes, establish professional resources and determine what responsible care looks like — without requiring you to surrender your own life indefinitely.

Advisory and consulting. Not psychotherapy, not medical care, not legal or tax advice.

Every engagement runs on a written agreement: defined scope, privacy terms, communication boundaries.

Not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, call 988 or 911.

Independent professionals are referred and coordinated — never impersonated.

Your life gets to be part of the treatment plan.

Questions Asked Quietly · 11

Before the first conversation.

01

How private is this?

Discretion is the product. Engagements are held in confidence under a written agreement that defines who may be contacted, what may be shared, and through which channels. Nothing is disclosed to another professional, family member or institution without your direction and the appropriate consent. No client names, cases or identifying details are ever published or used as marketing.

02

Where does family involvement begin and end?

There is one principal client: you. When appropriate, the engagement extends to the people and systems affecting your Quality of Life — family consultation, intervention planning, family meetings, provider collaboration. Involvement is decided case by case on appropriateness, consent and professional boundaries. The goal is not to turn your family into clients; it is to understand enough of the system to build a responsible path forward.

03

What happens if someone refuses help?

Refusal is planned for, not treated as failure. No professional can guarantee another adult will accept treatment, stay sober, repair a relationship or make a particular decision. We map the realistic options, prepare contingencies for foreseeable outcomes, establish the professional resources that would be needed if the situation escalates, and define what your own boundaries and next steps look like either way.

04

What is inside the scope of an engagement?

Assessment across the twelve Quality-of-Life domains, priority triage, treatment and resource navigation, coordination between existing professionals, transition and contingency planning, referrals, education and systems advocacy. Outside scope: psychotherapy, medical, legal, tax or emergency services, and anything requiring us to act as your permanent infrastructure. If someone is in danger, call 988 or 911.
